Coach Lesslee approaches health with a daily routine beginning with the importance of something as simple as sleep. She not only holds her clients accountable to help them get the results that are looking for, most importantly she has found huge success in her own life with the tips and advice she shares in our interview.
Here are some of the things that Coach Lesslee and I discussed to help you get started living on a path towards a happy and healthier lifestyle.

Hey Magnificent Mama!
We can all make excuses as to why we can't Thrive in life. I've heard it all as a life coach ... I'm not smart enough, I don't have the family support, I'm too old, I'm too young, I don't have the resources ... blah blah blah.
Truthfully, we can all buy into whatever story we are telling ourselves and whatever that story is chances are you're right!
I think it was my mentor Jack Canfield who taught me ... if you think you CAN or you think you CAN'T you're absolutely RIGHT!
So what story have you been telling yourself lately?
Do you believe it?

Hey Magnificent Mamas,
What an amazing heart-filled conversation I shared with Dr. Danielle Giddens. She shares her perspective from working on front lines and how we can stay connected emotionally.
Here are some takeaways and questions to think about:
What are you learning from not being so busy?
How are you spending your time?
What are you no longer interested in tolerating in your life?
How are you calming your body, mind & soul?
Listen in on what advice Dr. Danielle Giddens offers to support and calm the Mamas who are feeling overwhelmed, sad, or stuck in these times.
Modern science is reaching an age of enlightenment. Earlier perceptions of separation of mind and body have fallen. The awareness that emotions, feelings and the power of thought have a direct bearing upon our physical health is becoming main-stream.
We can safely say that thoughts, words, emotions and the physical body are all synergistically linked together. The thought is expressed in an electromagnetic brain wave that sends a message to the neuropeptides (protein-like molecules neurons use to communicate with each other), which in turn is fired off into the central nervous system to produce a result from the human body.
A belief system is a strong or recurring thought that is relayed to the neuropeptides within the message system of the body. In turn, the physical body reacts to the emotional belief systems that it is conditioned for. When a Belief has been accepted as real by the body or the mind it becomes a “Program.”
