The answer assumes that there is a bubble in the housing market. It’s not obvious that there is a bubble at all. Prices have risen quickly, and I think the price appreciation will slow down. At the same time, there is very little inventory for sale, there is a nationwide housing shortage and very low unemployment. These factors tell me that a drop in housing prices any time soon is going to be a big surprise.

This is a tough question. 

Generally, only if willing to live with potential problems such as the price for having the opportunity to purchase the house.  It depends on each buyer’s life situation, and it has become a necessary thing for people who want to purchase the property.
