I am a mom to 2 beautiful daughters and 4 (soon to be 5) amazing grandchildren. I love to read, travel, spend time with family, and create as much as possible.

Healing with creativity is using creativity to help us heal. To help us unlock blocks, ideas, and the stories we tell ourselves. Creativity is a sneaky gentle way to do this. Creativity is everything we do, but when we create with  intention it can be incredibly healing. There is no skill required, we write, we draw, we paint, we create and we heal our traumas and wounds.
