Intimacy is when you are seen, heard, and understood at your core. This is so important for deep loving connections. However, most of us are never taught how to open up, be vulnerable, and create intimacy. April and her husband have created a way to generate love and intimacy on a daily basis with a practice that they do every morning for 20 minutes. It's brought closeness and a knowing of each other and their relationship that even she couldn't have predicted.
