Tools to Begin Healing:
Inner child healing – Speak lovingly to the younger version of yourself who needed more safety and nurturing.
Mirror work – Look into your own eyes and affirm, “I am enough. I am loved. I am safe.”
Reparenting practices – Show up for yourself the way you always wished someone would.
Forgiveness rituals – Write letters, burn them, cry it out—whatever it takes to release the energy of resentment.
Connect with divine feminine archetypes like the nurturing energy of Kuan Yin, the fierce protection of Sekhmet, or the wise guidance of Isis.
